All our mezzanine floors are manufactured right here in the UK at our facility in Rochdale and follow strict guidelines set out in our EN1090 approved Factory Production Control procedures.
By manufacturing our mezzanine floors, we can reduce the variables that can arise when dealing with a company that outsources this aspect. That gives us greater visibility over timelines and progress, leading to outstanding customer service and communication.
When the required materials to manufacture the mezzanine floor arrive, all components are inspected and issued to the workshop, where fabrication begins. We closely monitor this to keep our customers updated on lead times and installation dates. Welding is undertaken by our engineers, following EN1090 regulations ensuring we can apply CE marking to all of our mezzanine floors.
Individual staircases are fabricated in-house and designed to conform to Building Regulations, they are then painted or powder coated to meet the customer’s requirements.
Once the manufacturing process is complete, the mezzanine floor is carefully checked and then dispatched to the customer, ready for installation by our engineers.
