MEZZANINE FLOOR MANUFACTURERS
Doity Engineering are specialists at manufacturing our own Revlok mezzanine floors. Revlok mezzanine floors use cold-rolled steel sections that can be manoeuvred much easier than traditional rolled steel joists. Our mezzanines are manufactured in a way that allow us to use what is called a “keyhole locking system” which removes the need for nuts and bolts by itself. Additionally, our own manufacturing process allows us full visibility over timelines and progress so that our customer service is unmatched by others who outsource this aspect of their company’s production processes.
OUR MEZZANINE FLOOR MANUFACTURING PROCESS
1 – All our mezzanine floors are manufactured in house at our facility in Rochdale and follow strict guidelines set out in our EN1090 approved Factory Production Control procedures. This means that all of our mezzanine floors carry the required CE mark for structural steelwork.
2 – Small parts such as plates and connectors are produced in large quantities on CNC machines to ensure high quality precision products at realistic costs and beams are cut specifically to suit the individual mezzanine floor to reduce waste.
3 – The heart of our Revlok mezzanine floor system is our unique “key hole” design column which eliminates the need for nuts and bolts during assembly, these are produced in house in high volume to ensure conformity of product and traceability of all materials.
4 – From the initial survey undertaken by our experienced design team to the submission of an application for Building Regulations Approval through our trusted partners you can be assured that the service you will receive is of the highest quality.
5 – On arrival of the materials required to manufacture the mezzanine floor all components are inspected and issued to the work shop where fabrication begins, this is closely monitored in order to keep our customers updated on lead times and installation dates. Welding is undertaken by our engineers in accordance with EN1090 to ensure we can apply CE marking to all of our mezzanine floors.
6 – Individual staircases, having been designed to conform to Building Regulations are fabricated in house and either painted or powder coated depending on the customers requirements.
7 – Additional items such as pallet gates, fire protection and handrails are added to the project where required.
8 – Once the manufacture is complete the mezzanine floor is carefully checked and loaded on to the chosen method of transport and dispatched to the customer ready for installation by our own team.

REVLOK MEZZANINE FLOOR
Thanks for the revolutionary techniques we use in the design and manufacture of your mezzanine, our team are able to construct your mezzanine in a fraction of the time used in a traditional nut and bolt system. The cold-rolled steel sections and the keyhole locking system that we utilise means that construction can typically be undertaken by two fitters with the use of podium steps. This allows us to dramatically reduce the disruption that alternative mezzanine floor construction causes to your business.
