WAREHOUSE MEZZANINE FLOORS

By adding an additional floor level, businesses can increase storage capacity, create production or packing areas, or introduce office space, all without the disruption or expense of relocating or extending the building.
At Doity Engineering, we design, manufacture and install bespoke warehouse mezzanine floors across the UK, tailored to your operational requirements, load capacities and building layout. Whether you need extra pallet storage, racking integration, or a multi-tier mezzanine system, our solutions are engineered for safety, efficiency and long-term performance.
Our warehouse mezzanine floors are fully compliant with UK building regulations and can be designed to support a wide range of industrial uses, helping you improve workflow, productivity and space utilisation.

WAREHOUSE MEZZANINE FLOOR DESIGNERS
Every warehouse mezzanine floor should be bespoke and designed to suit the unit it is being installed in and ensure that it can safely bear its load.
At Doity Engineering, our team of designers offer a free no-obligation site survey, where they’ll visit your premises and assess your requirements. They’ll consider additional features you may require, such as pallet gates and also load capacity, to produce a suitable design. As part of our design process, we’ll provide you with CAD drawings that can be used to gain building regulations approval.

DOITY ENGINEERING UK MANUFACTURER
One of the many benefits of working with Doity engineering is our ability to handle every aspect of your mezzanine floor project in house, including its manufacture. This gives us greater control and visibility over the timeline of your project, reducing the chance that you will encounter delays and allowing us to offer better communication and customer service.
Doity Engineering has created our very own revolutionary mezzanine floor system, Revlok. Rather than relying on RSJs, nuts and bolts, our manufacturing process utilises cold-rolled steel sections and a keyhole locking system. By utilising these methods, we’re able to produce a strong and reliable structure that is lighter, easier and quicker to install than traditional systems. All of this is achieved without compromising on quality; all of our products carry CE marking and we are ISO 9001 registered, demonstrating the high standards that we hold ourselves to.

FLOOR CONSTRUCTION
When it comes to installation, you want to ensure that business interruption is kept to an absolute minimum. It is at this stage that the Revlok really comes into its own. The reduced weight of the rolled steel sections that we use and the absence of nuts and bolts allow two installers using podium steps to install your floor in as little as 50% of the time that a traditional system would take. This ensures that we minimise the disruption caused on your premises.

WHAT THEY SAY
Customers Reviews
Doity Engineering have now built four sections of mezzanine at our warehouse premises in Baildon, West Yorkshire over a period of six years. This includes fire proofed office areas and staircases, etc.
Their work has always been efficient, professional and they are very responsive to our needs. The first section was built before we occupied the premises, but the subsequent three sections have been erected during our working hours. This work was carried out without disrupting our business unnecessarily and I can highly recommend them. They carried out the whole design, approval and build stages smoothly and efficiently.
We had Doity in through a recommendation to install our mezzanine. From initial quoting they were helpful and informative about the process. The install team were amazing, they were professional and friendly to all the staff and clients in the studio, they worked so hard to ensure day to day production was not interrupted. We are so pleased with the outcome and this has given us the space now to grow our business further. These are the ‘go to’ company for mezzanines and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks again Doity from the Team at HDTWO Photography!

Warehouse Mezzanine Floor FAQs
A warehouse mezzanine floor is a raised, free-standing structure installed within a warehouse to create additional usable floor space. It does not usually require structural changes to the building and can be customised for storage, offices, or operational areas.
The cost of a warehouse mezzanine floor depends on factors such as size, load capacity, layout, and intended use. As each mezzanine is bespoke, prices vary, however, mezzanine floors are generally far more cost-effective than relocating or extending a warehouse.
Yes, warehouse mezzanine floors must comply with UK building regulations, including fire safety, access, and load requirements. Doity Engineering ensures all mezzanine floors are designed and installed to meet the necessary compliance standards.
Warehouse mezzanine floors can be designed to support a wide range of loads, from light office use to heavy industrial storage. Load capacity is determined during the design stage to suit your operational needs.
Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of the mezzanine floor, but most warehouse mezzanine installations can be completed quickly with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
